INTRODUCTION
Our company, requires the services of a Driver Instructor/Trainer to work in Langa, Gugulethu and Khayelitsha.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIIBILITIES
Key performance areas:
- Prepare training schedules
- On the road training as well as in the classroom
- Coaching and mentoring
- Conducting performance assessments
- Any ad hoc duties.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
The successful candidate must have:
- Matric with relevant tertiary qualification
- Registered at competent authority such as SETA
- 1 year experience in a similar role
- Valid drivers license
- Must have good communication skills
PACKAGE AND REMUNERATION
Salary will be discussed at interview stage.
