As our new Ramp-up & Change Manager , your main responsibility will be to oversee the successful initiation , execution , and monitoring of ramp-up activities for our cutting-edge Gate Driver IC products . In collaboration with a highly skilled international team, you will drive the progress and ensure the excellence of the assigned products .

Your new role at a glance- Represent the supply chain in your assigned development projects
- Ensure the ability to deliver during the product ramp-up phase (including the definition and establishment of the corresponding supply chains and master data)
- Manage the planning , coordination and execution of ramp-up scenarios as well as their transfer to the operative supply chain planning after a successful production release
- Be in charge of change projects as a project leader , including responsibility for the respective actions within the supply chain
- Act as an interface between our worldwide research & development , marketing , quality management , finance , logistics and production sites
- Plan , order and track engineering samples and development wafers

- A university or university of applied sciences degree in Economics or Production Engineering with focus on logistics or project- or supply-chain management
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management

- Strong focus on digitalization , automated reporting topics and business process automation
- Fluent English skills . German is a strong plus
