Axorizgroup Limited is a newly incorporated business providing construction services to commercial buildings, residential apartments, and residential houses. Our business has grown rapidly due to the great demand in construction industry. Our office is located at Eastdale Road, Avondale, Auckland. With a few big projects coming up in the coming months, we are planning to recruit 4-5 construction workers to join the dynamic team.
The main tasks of the role include:
- Preparing construction sites, materials and tools.
- Loading and unloading building and construction materials, tools and equipment and transporting them around building sites
- Removing debris and rubbish from construction sites
- Mixing, pouring and spreading materials such as concrete and plaster
- Performing general duties, such as cleaning and carrying out minor repairs on construction sites
- Ensuring workmanship and observe health and safety regulations
- Assisting other site senior tradesmen/contractors as required, e.g. scaffolders, painters, tilers, carpenters, etc.
- performing other relevant duties as required by director or site manager
The successful applicant shall:
- Be responsible, hardworking, and physically fit.
- Be well organised and capable of multi-tasking
- Be self-managing and able to work effectively in a team as well individually
- Be able to work overtime when required
- Preferably have more work experience in the related industry
- Have a Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality focus
- Have a passion for satisfying our customers requirements and expectations
- Have good time management skills,
- Have no drug or alcohol issue
- Have no Criminal convictions record
