Your responsibilities and tasks:
- Commissioning, overhaul and troubleshooting on components at customer sites.
- Responsible for service tasks and spare parts sales promotion with high reporting skills
- Technical assistance during and after warranty period, communicate with abroad to get support.
- Conduct technical surveys on the equipment and high reporting skill.
- Providing relevant support to customer and internal Dept via mail and phone
- Analyse any default on the equipment with the support and put in place the adequate actions.
- Continuously summarize and update service-related typical cases and communicate regularly with relevant departments from domestic and abroad to ensure that issues are well tracked and resolved.
- Maintain and develop the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Your profile and qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Engineering or Automation
- 3-5 years of experience
- Strong technical background in Machinery manufactory and manufacturing environment and/or project execution.
- Good communication skill & Positive working attitude and teamwork spirit
- Willing to travel extensively around China
- Good reading and writing English is necessary while oral is a plus
- Experience of fluid mechanics is preferred
