Job Description:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Arrange purchase orders for tools and equipment requirements
- Act as the point of contact for external clients and suppliers
- Liaise on handling requests and queries from managers
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements and Skills:
- Graduate of any Business Administration course or equivalent
- Knowledge in process improvements or ISO is desired
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Has a good interpersonal skill as well as intrapersonal
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and managing files and records and other office procedures at a proficient level
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Business Logistics is an advantage

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
