Business Logistics Staff [Philippines]


 

Job Description:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Arrange purchase orders for tools and equipment requirements
  • Act as the point of contact for external clients and suppliers
  • Liaise on handling requests and queries from managers
  • Provide general support to visitors

Requirements and Skills:

  • Graduate of any Business Administration course or equivalent
  • Knowledge in process improvements or ISO is desired
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Has a good interpersonal skill as well as intrapersonal
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and managing files and records and other office procedures at a proficient level
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Business Logistics is an advantage

Other requirements:

  • Can start immediately
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas Pasig City

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
