The Customer Solutions Role!
At Red Energy, our Customer Solutions team has a challenging and complex role that requires empathy, a level head and an outstanding service ethic. As part of the Customer Solutions team, you will be the first point of contact for all of our customers who call into our contact centre, meaning the types of calls they get in a day are nice and varied - There is never a dull moment!
You will have experience working with customers and understand the importance of active listening and empathy. We encourage you to give us an opportunity to see what you have that differentiates you, and what you can bring to our high performing Contact Centre.
We are looking for candidates who have experience working in a contact centre of 12 months or more.
You will be working on a rotating roster, working between the hours of 8:00am - 8:30pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday between 9:00am - 5:30pm.
