ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for cost control aspects of construction projects.
- Coordinates with planning, estimation team production, and teamwork.
- Obtain the budget costs of system, assemblies, equipment, materials and labor.
- Examines and reviews all project contract documents, including BOQs, drawings, specs, contracts, Invoices etc.
- Ensures project pricing is updated and precise.
- Works with Project team and purchasing to control project costs.
- Coordinates with multiple suppliers and subcontracts to ensure the best offers.
- Initiates and attends meetings with the team.
- Assists the Manager with any technical duties necessary.
- Resource Set up, Monitoring, Forecasting, and reporting
- Project Scope Changes and Transfers.
- Procurement Packages Budget Allocation, Monitoring, and Forecasting
- Maintain Trend Log (Scope/Non-Scope, Engineering…)
- Oversee and Monitor PM+ Cost Control Implementation
- Accounting and Forecasting activities
- All activities related to and having an impact on the final cost of the Project.
- Assets preparing P&L projects.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Project Management Accreditation (PMP) is preferred.
- A minimum of five years experience in the industry and related field.
