We are now looking for you who want to be part of developing and shaping our digital ecosystem for learning in the role as Product owner. As Product owner with focus on Scania’s global Learning Management System we can offer a challenging journey together with a constellation of highly talented people. With our digital ecosystem for learning, we will together strive to enable learners to grow for the future.
Key responsibility areas
- Understand the needs of the business, both current and future, and from there define and lead the work to evolve and develop our Learning Management System. Among this you will also create measures for the product's vision, road map, growth opportunities and performance. You will also be the owner of the product backlog.
- In close cooperation with colleagues be responsible for how learning systems should interact and will impact each other within our digital ecosystem for learning.
Skill requirements and experience
To succeed in this role, you should be a humble, engaged and experienced Product owner. You are a good communicator and strive for growing together with the team.
We want you to have the following skills/experience:
- Bachelor or Master degree in related field or equivalent knowledge acquired some other way
- High competence within the area as a Product Owner, scrum master or similar agile role and experience working with Agile methodologies
- Experienced people leader with good collaborative skills
- Ability to translate vision/strategy into action and ensuring strong execution to drive efficiency and consistency in the delivery
- Strong in planning and project management experience
- Decisive skills to make sure to do the most important, most valuable things for the product
- Passionate about the customer and the users learning journey. A pragmatic driver that makes things happen and keeps everyone focused on the right priorities
- Experience working in a global organization with strong written and verbal English language skills
It would also be a plus if you have:
- A general understanding of digital ecosystems for learning
- Experience of Learning Management Systems
